Christy began her journey with chocolate 10 years ago.

She started out with a few kilograms of chocolate and all the professional books she could get her hands on. After building a solid foundation in chocolate she spent several invaluable years apprenticing with Master Chocolatier Wim Tas of ChocolaTas. She also graduated from École Chocolat’s Professional Chocolatier program. Now she can be found selling her carefully crafted confections at local farmers’ markets. She loves to share her passion for fine chocolate with all who are willing to listen and, most importantly, taste.

All of Christy’s Confections are made with the highest quality ingredients.

We like to purchase from other local businesses to create the best flavours for our chocolates. When in season, we look for fresh herbs and honey at the local farmers’ markets. The chocolate we use is considered to be the best France has to offer. All this attention to detail results in luxurious, robustly-flavoured chocolates that captivate the senses and create an indulgent experience.
